Crave Kitchen & Bar Confirms Meridian Expansion with New 8,500-Square-Foot Location
Crave Kitchen & Bar is opening a second location in Meridian, Idaho, next fall. The new 8,539-square-foot restaurant will be situated in the Ten Mile Crossing development, directly across from Scheel’s. The expansion is expected to create approximately 100 jobs and will feature a layout similar to the original Eagle location, including a large bar, dedicated dining room, private dining area, and an enclosed patio. While the menu will retain core items from the Eagle site, management plans to introduce new dishes specifically designed for the Meridian location. The original Crave opened in 2020 in the Bridges at Lakemor development. This expansion is distinct from the defunct Crave Delivery service, which previously operated nearby but is no longer active in the Treasure Valley.
