Overnight northeast Bexar County shooting leaves man dead, woman injured
In northeast Bexar County, a shooting around 2:30 a.m. left a man in his 30s dead and a woman hospitalized, near Crestway Road and Waterside Drive. Deputies found a car with multiple bullet holes; four people were inside, with the driver (a woman) fleeing on foot and not yet located. The sheriff’s office is deploying drones to search a nearby wooded area and is seeking a newer white Volvo SUV connected to the incident. Authorities have not identified a motive and are asking for tips at 210-335-6000.
