Firefly All Road Revives Rim Brakes with Titanium Craftsmanship and 40mm Clearance
Firefly Cycles has launched the All Road, a custom titanium bicycle that reintroduces rim brakes to the market by combining them with modern 40mm tire clearance and 3D-printed titanium components. The bike features Cane Creek eeBrakes, custom thru-axles, and compatibility with electronic drivetrains, priced from $7,200 for the frame and $10,000 for a complete build. Founder Kevin Wolfson states the design was driven by a desire for simplicity and versatility rather than market demand, though early response has been positive.
