Morgan Spector is in negotiations to star as Robert Langdon in Netflix’s adaptation of Dan Brown’s The Secret of Secrets, with Rebecca Hall eyed as the female lead. The project, from Brown and showrunner Carlton Cuse, will film in Prague and marks a potential first TV collaboration for Spector and Hall. Spector could juggle this series with HBO’s The Gilded Age if renewed, while the plot centers on Langdon racing against time to rescue his girlfriend and a manuscript whose discoveries could change humanity’s understanding of the mind.
