Dolphins Open Practice Flaunts Deep Ball, Ewers Connects on Long TDs
In the Dolphins’ first public training-camp session this summer, a more aggressive, deep-pass emphasis highlighted the offense as quarterbacks Malik Willis, Quinn Ewers and Cam Miller connected on multiple long plays, including a 70-yard TD from Ewers to Kevin Coleman Jr.; the defense flashed too, but the day favored the offense and featured a few miscues (center exchange, muffed handoff). Two players were absent (Dulcich, Salyer), and the practice ran about 1 hour 45 minutes under new coach Jeff Hafley.
