UT Austin unveils AI‑forward Dell Medical Center and Advanced Research Campus
UT Austin announced the UT Dell Medical Center and UT Dell Campus for Advanced Research, funded by a $750 million gift from the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, to integrate medicine, computing, and AI on a 27‑acre North Austin site with a 300–500‑bed hospital, open by 2030 and phased specialty programs by 2032, including integration of MD Anderson Cancer Center and support for scholarships and computing initiatives.
