Hohem Introduces Eyepic, a 2-in-1 Pocket Gimbal Camera

Hohem unveiled Eyepic at IFA 2026 as a modular camera that pairs a detachable 3-axis-stabilized unit with a built-in gimbal, offering handheld and hands-free use. The camera rotates between landscape and portrait via a 2.51-inch touchscreen, records native 4K, and can shoot vertical 4K up to 60fps; it’s waterproof to 10 meters and can be worn with a hat clip or lanyard or mounted magnetically. When detached, the camera becomes a small standalone device with 1080p live preview and remote control up to about 33 feet. Hohem positions Eyepic as a bridge between action cameras and pocket gimbals, with final specs, pricing, and availability to be announced; expected to ship in Q1 2027.
