Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 is set to release on Nintendo Switch on October 24, 2023, with both physical and digital options available. The collection includes Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, as well as the original Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. However, to access all available content, game data must be downloaded, with a total file size of roughly 54.1 GB.

Preload The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom if You Bought It Digitally

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will be available for digital download on the Nintendo eShop in the US at 12:00AM ET on May 12th. The game is a 16GB download, so players are advised to start downloading early to avoid losing game time. Those with a non-OLED Switch should ensure they have enough storage space or a microSD card. Preloading is also necessary to play and win the "stare at your homescreen waiting for the game to unlock at midnight" prologue mini-game.
