Donald Trump Jr. joined his father for the Republican midterm convention in Dallas and a subsequent trip to Ireland, with his wife Bettina and three children in tow, while Melania Trump accompanied the president at Sept. 11 memorial events in Washington but did not travel to Ireland or the Dallas convention.
