Indie Studio Douze Dixièmes Closes Doors After MIO Release
Douze Dixièmes, the French indie studio behind MIO: Memories in Orbit, is shutting down after the game's underwhelming commercial performance. Focus Entertainment ended its relationship with the developer after the launch; the co-founders bought back the shares to close the studio on their terms. Founded in 2017, Douze Dixièmes released Shady Part of Me in 2020 and was acquired by Focus in 2021; the studio reportedly had about 10 employees at closure.
