Dream Theater’s Jordan Rudess to Premiere AI-Powered 'jam_bot' at MIT Future Fest
Dream Theater keyboardist Jordan Rudess will debut 'jam_bot,' an AI model trained on his playing, during two concerts at MIT on October 3, 2026. The system, developed over three years with the MIT Media Lab, generates real-time music for the MIT Chamber Chorus and other performers, emphasizing human-AI collaboration rather than replacement.
