Russia Thwarts Multiple Ukrainian Drone Attacks on Oil Infrastructure
Russian air defense units repelled a drone attack on a pumping station on the Druzhba oil pipeline in the Bryansk region, which borders Ukraine. Three Ukrainian military drones were destroyed in the attack. Russia blames Ukraine for the increasing drone attacks on energy facilities, while Kyiv does not publicly acknowledge responsibility for them. The Druzhba pipeline crosses Ukraine and continues to supply crude oil to Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.
