East Bernard community mourns coach and wife after fatal crash
East Bernard ISD is mourning Athletic Director and Head Football Coach Jeremy Jenkins and his wife Brandy Jenkins, a teacher at East Bernard Junior High who had recently joined the district, after they died in a car crash Saturday evening. Counseling and support services will be on site for students and staff, and the district asks the community to keep the family, students and staff in their prayers; the couple leaves behind three sons.
