Saraga to Anchor East Washington Plaza Redevelopment in Indianapolis
Saraga International Grocery announced a fourth Indy location that will anchor the redevelopment of East Washington Plaza at 7803 E. Washington. The 68,000-square-foot store will sit within a 170,000-square-foot center and is slated to open between July and September 2027, as part of a $20–$30 million facelift including new roofs, updated facades, improved parking lot lighting and infrastructure. The project will also add a Tous Les Jours bakery cafe and aims to attract other tenants by driving traffic from nearby interstates and a dense local population.
