The Minnesota Twins promoted top outfield prospect Emmanuel Rodriguez from Triple-A St. Paul, lining him up for what should be his MLB debut against Cleveland’s Guardians. At 23, Rodriguez returns from a left thumb UCL surgery in May and has produced .272/.422/.490 with 11 homers in 258 minor-league PAs across three levels this season, though injuries have limited his pro action since 2021. He’s on the 40-man roster with two minor-league options burned, and the Twins could pursue a fourth option year if needed.
