The Excel vulnerability allows hackers to run malware remotely, while the Google Chrome exploit overloads the browser, affecting other open-source web browsers using WebRTC. To protect against such cyberthreats, it's advised to be cautious with open-source applications, regularly update software, avoid opening suspicious attachments or links, and use antivirus protection.
