Netflix executive fired after ketamine confession at retreat sparks lawsuit
A Netflix executive, Kevin Baillie, claims he was fired after disclosing during a January 2026 “vulnerability-trust” exercise at Sendero Ranch that he had undergone medically supervised ketamine treatment for depression; Netflix says the ketamine-therapy issue factored into the termination following an internal probe into profanity and drinking. Baillie alleges denial of severance and seeks a jury trial, back pay and damages, while the suit also depicts an allegedly alcohol-fueled culture under Eyeline Studios CEO Jeff Shapiro. Netflix and Eyeline declined to comment.
