King County judge to decide if Fall City teen killer faces adult trial after family testimony on abuse
A King County judge is evaluating whether a 17-year-old suspect accused of killing his parents and three siblings in Fall City in October 2024 should be tried as an adult. Recent hearings featured emotional testimony from the suspect's uncle and maternal grandmother, who described a home environment marked by strict religious rules, emotional control, and physical discipline. While the defense does not deny the killings, it argues the teen acted within an abusive and isolating context. The surviving younger sister, now 13, has been placed under the guardianship of her grandmother, who maintains contact with the suspect.
