Moore to Lead Faydra World Premiere, a Modern Phaedra
Julianne Moore will star in the world premiere of Faydra, a modern take on the Greek myth of Phaedra written by Sarah Ruhl, in an Off-Broadway run at NYC Center Stage 1 beginning February 2, 2027 (opening night February 25). Additional casting will be announced; the Manhattan Theatre Club commission is directed by Les Waters, marking his return to MTC after three decades.
