Stellantis eyes US market with Fiat Topolino EV starting at $13,995

Stellantis has opened U.S. orders for the Fiat Topolino, a tiny electric quadricycle, with a base price of $13,995 (destination fee adds $990 for a customer price of $14,985). The vehicle can reach 19 mph with up to 46 miles of range, and a free Low Speed Vehicle conversion can raise top speed to 25 mph for 35 mph road limits. It will be sold in limited quantities this year in hardtop with doors or a Dolce Vita soft-top, manufactured in Morocco. The move comes amid past discussions about Kei cars in the U.S. and Fiat’s performance history in the market.
