
Clark back in action as USA cruises to 5-0 in World Cup Qualifiers, named MVP
Caitlin Clark returned from eight months out to power Team USA to an undefeated 5-0 run in the FIBA Women's World Cup Qualifying Tournament in San Juan, averaging 11.6 points and 6.4 assists to earn MVP honors. Spain was defeated 84-70 in the finale, with Kahleah Copper leading the team and the roster featuring rookies making their senior national debuts as the U.S. heads toward the 2026 World Cup in Berlin and the upcoming WNBA season.
