Thunder-Wizards brawl leads to four ejections as OKC tops Washington 132-111
A halftime melee between Ajay Mitchell, Jaylin Williams and Justin Champagnie escalated into a bench-to-stands brawl, resulting in the ejections of Mitchell, Williams, Champagnie and Wizards guard Cason Wallace. Williams and Champagnie were tossed after two technical fouls; Mitchell and Wallace were ejected on a single technical for not acting as peacemakers. No further discipline had been announced. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander praised Mitchell’s toughness as OKC extended the NBA’s best record with 56 wins.
