
Olympic Medalist Jenny Simpson Stabilizes After Medical Emergency
Three-time Olympian Jenny Simpson collapsed with no pulse during a Raleigh track meet, received CPR and an AED, and was transported to a hospital. Fleet Feet says she’s showing encouraging improvement and remains under medical care; Simpson, who retired in 2024 and now serves as Fleet Feet’s chief running officer, has been in good spirits and even asked about her mile time as doctors monitor her recovery.
