Timeline Details How Domestic Dispute Became Forest Grove Quintuple Homicide

Investigators released a detailed timeline of the Aug. 21, 2026, mass killing near Forest Grove, identifying 36-year-old Benjamin Parker as the suspect who died by suicide after fleeing to Enumclaw, Wash. Five victims—Mary Kimsey (85), Rowan Kimsey (60), Stella Kimsey (26), Linsey Haraldsen (26) and Alvin Chu (27)—were killed in a sequence linked to a domestic dispute; Parker reportedly killed Stella first, then Rowan, Linsey, Mary and Alvin, and covered the bodies with tarps while setting fires at the scene. Cell data shows him leaving the property early Saturday; he later confessed to his mother before dying by a self-inflicted gunshot. Authorities also coordinated to rehome surviving livestock.
