
Frahm Breaks NU Softball Saves Record in 4-1 Victory Over UCLA
Nebraska softball edged No. 7 UCLA 4-1 at Bowlin Stadium as Jordy Frahm broke NU’s single-season saves record with eight, while Alexis Jensen earned the win and Hannah Camenzind drove in three runs with a homer. NU built a 2-1 lead in the fifth and added two insurance runs in the sixth, then Frahm closed with two scoreless innings. The Huskers improve to 25-5, 7-0 in the Big Ten, extend their win streak to 14, and secure their first series win over UCLA since 1987. The teams meet again tomorrow at 2 p.m. CT on B1G+.
