Ubisoft Gifts For Honor Forever to Mark 40th Anniversary
Ubisoft is making For Honor – Standard Edition free to keep on Ubisoft Connect through Sept 28, 2026 to celebrate its 40th anniversary, excluding Linux users due to anti-cheat changes. The offer includes the base game with 14 heroes and both PvP and solo modes, across five factions, with over 30 heroes overall. While some praise its combat feel and visuals, others warn about the game’s online-only nature, steep learning curve, and ongoing issues, which colors the giveaway as both generous and controversial.
