Dolphins target Jeff Hafley to steer franchise amid front-office overhaul
The Miami Dolphins are reportedly nearing a deal to hire Jeff Hafley, the Green Bay Packers' defensive coordinator, as their next head coach, replacing fired Mike McDaniel and joining an organization undergoing major leadership changes including the departure of GM Chris Grier and the hire of Jon-Eric Sullivan; Hafley would take on a franchise that hasn’t won a playoff game since 2000 and must address quarterback questions with Tua Tagovailoa under a long-term contract.
