
Ukraine seeks World Bank aid for post-conflict recovery.
Ukraine is working with the World Bank to attract international partners to fill the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression, with preliminary agreements on the possible allocation of $400 million for infrastructure restoration. The country plans to provide assistance under the eRestoration program through Russian reparations and is currently talking about using UAH 35 billion from the Liquidation Fund. President Zelensky invited the World Bank to reopen its office in Ukraine.
