Starfield's Character Models Downgraded in Comparison to 2022 Demo, but Lighting Improved.
A comparison video of Starfield's 2022 and 2023 demos shows that Bethesda has improved the game's lighting, environments, and overall atmosphere, but the level of detail on characters has been downgraded. Starfield will run at 30FPS on both Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, with a 4K resolution on the former and 1440p on the latter. The game will launch globally on September 6 for Xbox Series X|S and PC, with fewer bugs than any other Bethesda game.
