Teen dies after car crashes into tree at Gas City Park
Early Saturday near Duck Walk Run in Gas City Park, a Hyundai Elantra left the roadway and crashed into a tree, killing the juvenile driver and injuring four others—three of them juveniles. Two occupants were airlifted to area hospitals and the other two were transported by ambulance. Speed is considered a contributing factor, and the Indiana State Police Crash Reconstruction Team is investigating; the driver's identity has not been released.
