Salt Lake City Airport Expands Gate-side Greetings with TSA PreCheck Pilot
Salt Lake City International Airport is piloting a Gateside by TSA PreCheck program that allows eligible nontravelers to meet travelers at the gate or join them during long layovers with a day pass. One of 14 airports chosen, the program requires enrollment in TSA PreCheck and a Known Traveler Number, and could expand to other airports if successful—offering a new option for gate-side greetings, including LDS missionary homecomings.
