Multiple Hikers Rescued Alive from Glacier National Park
A 19-year-old hiker who slipped off a mountain trail in Glacier National Park was rescued after being missing for more than two days. The rescue was made possible by a helicopter equipped with an infrared camera that detects heat. The hiker was found in heavily forested terrain and was lifted out using a 175-foot hoist. He was in stable condition and taken to a hospital. The hiker had encountered chest-deep snow and lost his phone, water bottle, and shoes.
