Vienna retains title of world's most livable city for 2023
Vienna has been named the most livable city in the world for the second year in a row, according to the Economist Intelligence Unit's Global Liveability Index. The index ranks over 170 cities based on stability, healthcare, culture and environment, education, and infrastructure. No US cities made the top 10, while Damascus, Syria was ranked the least livable city.
