Forever Forward Week: Nickit Community Day, Groudon Raids, and Shadow Giratina Arrivals (Aug 10–16, 2026)
Pokémon GO moves into the Forever Forward season with the tail end of the Summer Marathon Arctic Embers. The week features Nickit Community Day on Aug 16 (Shiny Nickit, 3x Catch Stardust, evolve Nickit into Thievul with Icy Wind), plus the usual rotation of events: Max Battles run Dynamax Beldum (Aug 10–16); Spotlight Hour on Aug 13 is Wurmple with 2x Evolution XP; Raid Hour on Aug 12 features Groudon. Five-Star Raids shift from Mesprit/Uxie/Azelf (through Aug 11) to Groudon (Aug 12–18); Mega Raids are Blaziken (Aug 5–11) then Garchomp (Aug 12–19). Shadow Raids run daily 1–3 stars, with weekend 5-stars and Forever Forward bringing Shadow Altered Forme Giratina (possible Shiny). The August GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe include Lugia encounters and bonuses; GO Battle League Season 27 (Memories in Motion) continues with active Cups (Ultra, Master, Evolution Great League editions) and 4x Stardust from wins. Egg and Adventure Sync rewards for Forever Forward are highlighted, along with seasonal changes to eggs and research rewards.
