High-speed chase ends with suspect running across freeway and attempting carjacking.
A driver wanted for reckless driving led police on a high-speed chase through the San Fernando Valley area and ended up on the 5 Freeway. The chase ended in the Gorman area after police spun out his vehicle. The driver then ran across six lanes of traffic before eventually surrendering to police.
