Cinderace PvP: Community Day Boosts Fall Short of Meta
Community Day gave Cinderace two new Fire-type moves (Pyro Ball and Blast Burn) and boosted its numbers, but the Pokémon remains on the fringe in Great League and largely DOA in Ultra League due to poor bulk and limited coverage (only Focus Blast as a non-Fire option). The analysis highlights that while the new moves are an improvement over Flamethrower/Flame Charge, they don’t fix its core weaknesses, and even with Ember as a potential fast move in the future, Cinderace isn’t on track to become a meta option unless further balance changes arrive.
