Grapevine Family Expands with Opa! Social in Libbie Mill
Marianne Trak Hess of the Grapevine restaurant family is opening Opa! Social, a 6,000-square-foot Mediterranean concept in the former Crafted space at Libbie Mill, with her husband Eric Hess. The menu will feature Lola’s Greek/Italian favorites (such as bolognese with NY strip, spanakopita, and hummus) alongside new ideas like Greek sushi, plus vegetarian and gluten-free options. A major renovation is planned, including a new hood and walk-in fridge, and Opa! Social aims to open in August as Libbie Mill continues to develop around the restaurant.
