Mike Leach to be Inducted into Texas Tech Hall of Honor.

Texas Tech will induct former football coach Mike Leach, who died in December 2022, into its hall of honor alongside former quarterback and coach Kliff Kingsbury. Leach, who led the Red Raiders to 10 straight bowl appearances and an upset of No. 1 Texas in 2008, is the winningest coach in the program's history. Kingsbury set numerous records as a quarterback under Leach and is currently an analyst at USC. The induction ceremony will take place on September 29, with the honorees recognized on the field the following day.
