LAPD Breaks Up Harbor Gateway Street Takeover, Impounds About 160 Vehicles
Police, with multiple agencies, dispersed a large illegal street takeover at the Harbor Gateway intersection of South Figueroa Street and West Alondra Boulevard early Saturday, arresting dozens, towing roughly 160 vehicles and recovering six firearms; officers also escorted children at the scene to a nearby station for pickup as part of a broader crackdown on such gatherings.
