Jo Nesbø Takes Command Of Netflix’s Detective Hole Series
Jo Nesbø is both writer and showrunner for Netflix’s nine-episode Detective Hole, adapting his Harry Hole novels into an Oslo-set series with new material rather than a strict book remake. Tobias Santelmann won the role after a test that reimagined Hole, and Nesbø emphasizes his own take while continuing other projects (Wolf Hour, Blood on Snow screenplay) and planning a 14th Hole novel.
