Samsung’s HDR10+ Advanced lands on Prime Video with scene-aware HDR
Samsung’s HDR10 Plus Advanced is launching globally on Prime Video this month, with Samsung’s 2026 TV lineup supporting metadata-driven HDR and per-scene tone mapping. Initial titles aren’t disclosed, and the rollout sits alongside Dolby Vision 2’s expansion; HDR10+ Advanced also promises scene-by-scene motion smoothing and genre-aware metadata, which may require software updates on supported TVs as the rollout rolls out.
