Nara Organics pulls infant formula after botulism cases across three states
Three infants aged 2–5 months in California, Pennsylvania and Washington fell ill with infant botulism after consuming Nara Organics Whole Milk Organic Infant Formula, prompting a nationwide recall of products sold July 2025–June 2026. The babies were hospitalized and treated with BabyBIG; there have been no deaths. Consumers should stop using the recalled formula, discard or return it, and follow FDA/CDC guidance. The recall affects less than 1% of US formula, and is not expected to disrupt overall formula supply.
