"Indian Army Thwarts Infiltration Attempt, Eliminates Terrorist in J&K Operation"
The Indian Army released a video showing a failed infiltration attempt by two terrorists from Pakistan near the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch. The thermal camera footage captured the terrorists crossing into India under the cover of darkness. The Army engaged and killed one of the terrorists, identified as Muneer Hussain, a Hizbul Mujahideen member. The other infiltrator's fate remains unknown. Hussain was a self-styled Division Commander and had been involved in multiple attacks on security forces. The Army suspects Pakistan is sending experienced terrorists to the region to revive terrorism.
