A Hong Kong-flagged ship, Xin Hai Tong 23, briefly blocked Egypt's Suez Canal on Thursday morning, but was refloated a few hours later by the Suez Canal Authority. The vessel had run aground due to engine failure, according to the authority, while a canal services company said it had blocked four vessels.
