
Massachusetts family among victims in Virginia bus crash; driver charged
Five people were killed when a motorcoach crashed into vehicles in a Virginia work zone on Interstate 95 in Stafford County. Dmitri and Ecaterina Doncev and their two children, plus Priscilla Mafalda, a Massachusetts resident, were among the victims traveling to a wedding; the driver, Jing S. Dong, 48, was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter. The NTSB is investigating alongside state police; the bus was operated by E&P Travel Inc. with passengers traveling from New York to North Carolina.
