Fatal police shooting during illegal street racing on I-95 in Philadelphia.
An 18-year-old driver was shot dead by a Pennsylvania State Police trooper during an officer-involved shooting that occurred while responding to reports of illegal street racing and burnouts on I-95 in Philadelphia. The driver refused to stop and struck two troopers before being fatally shot. Two other areas in Philadelphia also experienced illegal driving chaos overnight.
