Unilever Plans US Innovation Hub in New Haven to Accelerate R&D
Unilever unveiled plans for a $270 million global innovation centre in New Haven, CT, including $50 million in capex, with around 300 staff and a spring 2029 launch. The facility will consolidate skincare, hair, fragrance, packaging, and human performance testing under one roof, leveraging AI, neuroscience and university partnerships to speed product development and scale US innovations globally for beauty, wellbeing and personal care.
