Juror in Lindsay Clancy case says he found the evidence convincing, not conflicted
The holdout juror in Lindsay Clancy's Massachusetts triple-murder trial, Michael Desronvil, says he had no doubts about her guilt and believed the evidence showed she knew what she was doing, contradicting others who said he refused to change his vote. After more than 38 hours of deliberations, Judge William Sullivan declared a mistrial. Desronvil is represented by attorney Edward Paltzik, who described him as a devout Catholic and devoted father and has asked for privacy as the case moves forward.
