Oklahoma's Integris Health to Join Kaiser-Backed Risant Network
Integris Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, has signed an agreement to join Risant Health, a nonprofit division of Kaiser Permanente. The deal, announced on October 21, 2026, is pending regulatory approval and expected to close in the first quarter of 2027. Integris will retain its name, brand, leadership, and 13,000 employees. This marks Risant’s first expansion beyond the East Coast and its third acquisition after Geisinger and Cone Health.
