"Exploring International Tea Day 2023: From Recipes to Traditions"
The United Nations designated May 21 as International Tea Day to celebrate the cultural heritage, health benefits, and economic importance of tea. China produces nearly half of the world's tea, followed by India and Kenya. Tea drinking is culturally significant across the world, and different teas are made in idiosyncratic ways.
